第二学期学生成绩单
学校稍后几天将通过另一封单独的电子邮件发送2022-2023第二学期学生成绩单。
请注意：由于我校学生人数众多，需要几天时间才能将所有成绩单发给全校学生家长。如果在6月6日之前还没有收到您孩子的成绩单，请通过电邮thechineseacademy@gmail.com与我们联系。
高中部学生可于 6 月底登陆亚省教育厅学生账号myPass 系统上查看我校中文课程学分。
奖状与证书
承蒙社会各界爱心捐赠者的鼎力支持，我校对学生的各项奖励得以实行。我们很高兴能以此鼓励我校优秀学生。

The 2022-2023 school year is drawing to a close at The Chinese Academy. This Saturday, we will be celebrating our 2023 graduates at our John G. Diefenbaker High School campus. Our teachers and administration team want to thank you for your hard work and support throughout this school year.
Please kindly read this end of the year newsletter as it contains important information:
Second Semester Report Card
The Chinese Academy is emailing our second semester report cards to all families this year. Your child’s 2022-2023 report card will be sent out in a separate email within the next couple of days.
Please appreciate as we are a very large school and that it will take us several days to send out all report cards to our students. If you have not received the student’s report card by Tuesday, June 6, please email us at thechineseacademy@gmail.com or call us at 403-777-7663.
For high school students, their marks will be reported to Alberta Education by the end of June. It can be viewed on the student’s Alberta Education myPass account.
Awards and Certificates
The Chinese Academy is pleased to continue our Awards and Certificates Program. This is only possible through the generous donations of our school sponsors. We want to celebrate the exceptional work and accomplishments of our students.
Congratulations to all our students who have received awards! The certificates for these awards will be given out during our graduation ceremonies on June 3. If you can not attend, please pick up at the office between June 6 and June 30, or when the office returns from summer break in August.

2023 Graduation Ceremonies
The Chinese Academy 2023 Graduation Ceremonies will be on June 3 at our John G. Diefenbaker High School campus.
- Kindergarten 2 and Grade 6 Graduation Ceremony: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
- Grade 9 and Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
We will be creating a page on our website dedicated to the 2023 Graduation. It will be available in late June.

August Operating Hours: Resuming service on Tuesday, August 8, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The Chinese Academy will continue to accept 2023-2024 student registrations via our online registration system on our website.
2023-2024 School Opening: The details will be emailed to students in mid August.
2023-2024 Learning Materials: students will receive on the first day of classes Saturday, September 9.
2023-2024 Phase 2 Early Bird & Option Classes Registration
2023-2024 Phase 2 Early Bird Registration has started and will end on Sunday, June 25.
