2022-2023新学年即将开学！本学年亚省中文学校将恢复面授课程，热烈欢迎重返校园学习中文！2022-2023学年中文班将于9月10日星期六正式开课，所有兴趣班课程将于9月17日星期六开启。敬请注意以下重要事项：

  1. 学校所有通知都将通过电子邮件发送给家长。请定期检查您的电子邮件。如果没有收到我们的电子邮件或更改了您的电子邮件地址，请通过 thechineseacademy@gmail.com 与校务处联系。
  2. 课本将于开学第一天在教室里分发给学生。在开学日或之后注册的学生将会在下周的课堂上收到课本。如果学生遗失了课本/练习册，需要在校务处重新购买。
  3. 如果不能上课，请于上课日前通过电子邮件向老师及学校请假。
  4. 学生安全是我们学校的首要任务。学生请自带零食，不得离开学校去附近的商店购买食物。
  5. 除非有家长或监护人陪同，否则学生在上课期间不得擅自离开学校。您必须事先从办公室获得一份提前离校通知，并在接孩子时将其交给您孩子的老师。
  6. 为保障放学期间的安全，家长和监护人不得进入校舍二楼。
  7. 请准时接孩子放学。如果在指定接送地点没有看到您的孩子，请到 John G. Diefenbaker 高中 121 室办公室与校务人员联系。

We are very excited to have your children joining us for in-person classes in the 2022-2023 school year. First day of all Chinese classes for the 2022-2023 school year will be on Saturday, September 10th. First day of all option classes will be on Saturday, September 17th. We would like to bring your attention to the following matters:

  1. All our notices will be sent via email to parents. Please check your e-mails regularly. If you do not receive our e-mails or have changed your e-mail address, please contact us at thechineseacademy@gmail.com.
  2. Textbooks will be distributed to students on the first day of school in the classroom. Students who register on or after September 10th, 2022, will receive their textbook during next week’s class. If students lose their textbook/exercise book, they will have to purchase a new set at the office.
  3. Please notify our school and the teacher if your child will be absent from the class by e-mail.
  4. Student safety is first and foremost in our school. Students are not permitted to leave the school to go to nearby stores to buy food. Please bring your own snacks.
  5. Students are not permitted to leave the school early during the class unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must obtain an early dismissal note beforehand from the office and present it to your child’s teacher upon pick up.
  6. To facilitate safety and security during dismissal, parents and guardians are not permitted on the second floor.
  7. Please pick up your child on time. If you do not see your child in the designated pick-up location, please check with our office at John G. Diefenbaker High School room 121.
