A number of our families decided to take the 2020-2021 school year off from learning Chinese due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The Chinese Academy would like to offer our Kindergarten to Grade 9 students a one-time opportunity to make up the curriculum they missed over the past school year.
For example, if your child was registered in Grade 1 at The Chinese Academy during the 2019-2020 school year and then missed Grade 2 Chinese Saturday classes due to the pandemic, they will be permitted to register for Grade 3 this year, as a special exception. However, your child will be required to purchase the textbook and learning materials of the grade they missed and complete this work independently by the end of December, 2021.
This Fall Learning Package (FLP) is $50 and must be purchased when you register your child. You can find this on-line as a separate product. (Click Here). The FLP can be picked up at the Madison Office (Madison #191, 1518 Centre Street N.E. Calgary T2E 2R9).
