为保障校园周边秩序，接送学生时请使用指定停车场位。请勿在JGD南入口或SJAM北入口附近道路临时停车或泊车，以免造成交通阻塞及安全隐患。同时请避免将车辆停放在草坪或运动场区域。

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to the exciting new chapter of the 2026–2027 school year! We are delighted to embark on another learning journey and continue building our community together. Our Chinese classes for all grades will begin on September 12. We look forward to seeing every student grow and thrive throughout the new school year!
Friendly Reminder: Our extracurricular classes will officially begin on Saturday, September 19.
Option Class Information
All option class information—including class location, calendars, maps, and policies—will be sent by email by September 12. Please check your email regularly and review attachments carefully. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our office.
New Option Class
Two new option classes have been added this school year: Choir and Badminton Club, respectively. Please refer to the attached poster for details.
You are welcome to register online or in person at the office.

Parking and Student Safety
When picking up or dropping off students, please use the designated parking lots. Do not stop or park on the roadways near the JGD South Entrance or the SJAM North Entrance, as this blocks traffic and creates safety hazards. Please also avoid parking on the grass or fields.
Please refer to the attached map for the parking lot location.
For safety reasons, students are not permitted to leave the school building or school property during recess. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and secure environment for all students.
Media Consent Form
All families are required to complete the online Media Consent Form using the link below. Please submit the form by October 12, 2026. If no response is received by this date, it will be understood that you are giving consent.

Scholarships & Financial Support
We are pleased to share that scholarship opportunities, including the Expera I.T. Scholarship, are available for our students. For more information on eligibility and how to apply, please visit our website: https://chineseacademy.ca/registration/bursary/
Referral Gift Card Program
Families can receive a $10 gift card when referring a new family to our school. In addition, families who are enrolled in both Chinese classes and option classes will also receive a $10 gift card. They will be available for pick up beginning October. Thank you for helping our community grow!
Chinese Students Essay Contest
The 27th World Chinese Students Essay Contest is now accepting submissions.
The Chinese Academy sincerely invites our students to participate and showcase their Chinese learning achievements on this platform while sharing warm stories of friendship.
Students are asked to email their submissions to their teacher by November 14, 2026.
