时光飞逝，2024-2025学年即将画上完美的句号。在这个硕果累累的毕业季，我们即将迎来2025年毕业典礼暨颁奖典礼！届时，我们将诚挚邀请家长在这一重要时刻共同见证毕业生的收获与成长！

毕业典礼暨颁奖典礼
2024-2025学年毕业典礼暨颁奖典礼将于6月7日隆重举行：

• 幼儿园小学部（K1-6年级）：上午10:00-11:30
• 中学部（7-12年级）：下午1:00-3:00
  详细安排将于6月3日前通过邮件发送给毕业生及需要出席领奖的学生

奖项及证书领取 

• 5月31日最后上课日将颁发各奖项证书
• 6月7日毕业典礼现场将颁发毕业证书及部分获奖奖牌
• 如未能在这两天领取，请于6月28日（周六）前至维德广场办公室领取

热烈祝贺所有毕业生及获奖学生！

学生成绩单

• 第二学期成绩单将于6月7日前通过电子邮件发送，如6月10日（周二）前仍未收到，请发电邮至thechineseacademy@gmail.com查询
• 高中生成绩将于6月底前提交至阿尔伯塔省教育厅，学生可通过Alberta Education myPass账户查阅

2025-2026学年第二阶段中文班早鸟优惠及选修课报名

• 第二期早鸟优惠截止：2025年6月16日（周五）23:59

As we near the end of the 2024–2025 school year, the excitement continues to build with the upcoming Graduation and Award Ceremonies just around the corner. This important milestone will mark the achievements and hard work of our students, staff, and families over the past academic year.

Graduation and Award Ceremony

• The Chinese Academy 2024-2025 Graduation & Awards Ceremony will be on June 7.
• Kindergarten and Elementary (Grades 1-6) Graduation and Award Ceremony: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
• Junior and Senior High Graduation and Award Ceremony (Grades 7-12): 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• More details will be sent to graduating classes and award recipients via a separate email by June 3.

Awards and Certificates Pickup

• Congratulations to all students who received awards and/or scholarships!
• Award & Certificate Pick-Up:
  • Award certificates will be given out by teachers in class on May 31
  • Graduating certificates will be given out on graduation day on June 7
  • If not collected on the two days mentioned above, please pick up at the Centre Street office.
  • Deadline: By Saturday, June 28

Report Cards

• Second semester report cards will be distributed via email by June 7.
• If you have not received the report card by Tuesday, June 10, please email thechineseacademy@gmail.com.
• High school students’ marks will be reported to Alberta Education by the end of June.
• These marks can be viewed through the student’s Alberta Education myPass account.

2025-2026 Phase 2 Early Bird & Option Classes Registration

• Early Bird Deadline: Register by 11:59 PM, Friday, June 16, 2025
• Tuition: $420 (includes all learning materials; $40 early bird discount applied)

Gift Cards!

• Refer a new student and receive a $10 gift card
• Register for both Chinese and Option classes and receive a $10 gift card
• Gift cards available for pick-up starting October 2025

• We would like to share a project from the Government of Canada and City of Calgary about preserving and sharing the rich cultural heritage and history of the Chinese community.
