Terms and Conditions for 2026-2027 School Year

  1. You agree that our school may send school messages and announcements to your email address.
  2. If a student submits a written withdrawal request prior to September 1, 2026, fees paid will be refunded by cheque in 10-12 weeks after a deduction of $50 withdrawal fee per student per class. Fees are non-transferable and cannot be kept for future use. No refund will be given on and after September 1, 2026.
  3. A Transfer Fee of $50 will be charged for each class transfer beginning September 1, 2026.
  4. Our school reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, instructor availability, facility issues, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, the school will make reasonable efforts to notify students as soon as possible and arrange suitable alternatives where applicable. The school’s decision regarding scheduling is final.
